60 mL of Pierre de Segonzac Premium cognac
20 mL of orange liquor
20 mL of lemon juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Stir all ingredients over ice until they are chilled
Strain into a cup glass
Decorate by placing a zest of orange at the bottom of the glass
