Cognac Manhattan

Ingredients

3 oz of Pierre de Segonzac Cognac

1.5 oz of red Vermouth

2 dashes of Angostura bitter

Ice cubes

Recipe

In a shaker,  pour 3 oz of Pierre de Segonzac Cognac and 1.5 oz of red vermouth over few ice cubes

Add the Angostura bitter dashes to your preparation

Use a spoon to shake your cocktail for approximately twenty seconds

Pour half of your preparation in two cocktail glasses, while holding the ice cubes with a cocktail stainer.

Your little touch

As decoration, you may place a Maraschino cherry in the bottom of each glass. They also can be decorated with a pick on which you have placed up to three maraschino cherries.
